How to Use Your New Online Account

Blackhawk Propane is introducing a new online My Account option for all customers. We’ve been working hard to bring our customers a new convenient way to get their propane!

While we believe our customers will enjoy using all the features the portal has to offer, we’re especially excited about the following features:

• Request a delivery (no need to call unless you want to)
• Simple payment process–without any glitches
• Easy to navigate, very user-friendly
• Refer someone to us and they can instantly become a customer

How to Register

What to do if you have an email address on file

• Go to the My Account page and look for the Existing Customer section. Access here
• Enter your updated account number*
• Enter the email address you have on file.
• Click register and follow instructions.

*As of November 2022, we have updated customer account numbers, if you do not know your updated account number, please reach out to info@lakesgas.com or call (815) 389-3522 & we'll send your new account number.
